By conducting transactions with Sideline Rental LLC, you hereby agree to the following conditions:
1) The renter (hereby known as the party paying and/or responsible party listetd at the time of transaction) is responsible for items that are lost or returned broken. The renter agrees to be charged for the replacement value of each broken or lost item (including theft of equipment during rental period). See Rental Agreement document for replacement value of each item.
2) As the renter, you are responsible for the condition and the prompt return of item(s) rented.
3) As the renter, you are responsible for the safe and proper use of the equipment, including properly setting up and securing canopies using the provided weights and/or tent stakes.
4) Sideline Rental LLC will not be held liable for any misuse of the equipment that may result in injury or bodily harm.
Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Terms of return - Each rental includes the hours in which the event runs per day
- State of return - Upon return, the equipment must be clean and in good working order
- Reason for return - Each item will be checked by Sideline Rental for cleanliness and good working order prior to renting out. Sideline Rental will not be held responsible for items returned in non-working order.
- Process for return - If for any reason, an item must be returned within a short timeframe from rental transaction, please see an associate for assistance.
- Process of refund - Refunds may be honored for circumstances not under the rentals, control such as cancelation of tournament.
